Cook Eat Move

This was my first time trying to make a burger with anything other than beef. I don’t like to brag, but these were on a whole ‘nother level of amazing!


Ingredients:
– 1 can of tuna packed in water (1 can = 1 patty)
– 1 egg white
– 1 clove of garlic, roughly chopped
– parsley flakes
– onion powder
– sesame seeds
– red pepper flakes
– crushed black pepper
– 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Reserve:
– 1/2 of a white onion (or vegetable of choice)
– Sriracha
– 1/2 a cup of fresh spring greens (or lettuce of choice)

First pour your evoo in a pan and place over a medium flame. Next, open and drain your tuna well. Take it a step further and squeeze it between paper towels to make sure you get it as dry as possible. Then throw everything but…
